Denise and Robert Goga dreamed of working as a team to bring people together to experience exquisite meals in an atmosphere of style and warm hospitality. Their partnership started with their successful South Padre Island, Texas, restaurant and continues through their specialty food company, Food Cravings.

Robert is an award-winning chef known for his unique ability to intuit the exact taste of fresh and rarely combined ingredients. He created his salsa as a signature appetizer at the restaurant and featured it in many popular dishes. The demand was so strong that Denoli Food Company was established to satisfy the community of customers, colleagues, and friends who gathered over this extraordinary salsa.

Our History

Denise grew up on a farm in North Carolina. She moved to Texas and met a talented chef. They both loved delicious food and they both fell in love with each other too. They noticed that something amazing can happen when people get together to share a snack or meal. There is laughter , happiness, and gratitude. People loved the unique salsa at gatherings, so they encouraged Denise to bottle it and share it with everyone. The thought of people gathering together and eating this salsa motivates the company every day. So many people have enjoyed this salsa through the years, and the company continues to grow.
